Job Description

The Residential Plumber Service Technician will work with numerous system parts and mechanisms, to maintain, diagnose and correct Plumbing system problems. This includes replacing parts and adjusting system controls for better performance by using special tools and diagnostic equipment.

Allen Service is a First Class customer service company with an A+ rating with the BBB, so our technicians must have a neat and clean-cut appearance, great communication skills and really enjoy working with and getting to know our customers.  We are currently seeking a qualified Plumber Service Technician.

Job Duties:

  • Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
  • Provides preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Troubleshoots units that are not working and replaces parts that are defective.
  • Performs related work as assigned.
  • Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential and light commercial Plumbing systems, meets with customers, evaluates their needs and makes recommendations.

Job Requirements:

  • Journeyman or equal
  • Completion of H.S./GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of Trade/Vocational School
