  In-Home Sales Professional:

Residential heating and cooling company in Northern Colorado has an opportunity for an accomplished sales professional regardless of what you’ve been selling.

Job Duties

• Calling on existing residential home owner clients
• Acquiring new business from pre-qualified clients from marketed leads, existing service clients, company referrals and self generated leads. 
• We supply all qualified and confirmed appointments by our lead coordinators.
• Preparing sales presentations
• Discovers customer’s wants and needs, builds trust, and provides them with practical options.
• Distribute quotations FAST to our clients.
• Demonstrates expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.
• Works closely with the entire Allen team and maintain relationship with the client.
• Does follow-up calls by phone and in person to the customer after the installation to answer all remaining questions and to facilitate a strong referral network
• Effectively writes, and presents proposals.
• Negotiates value, and CLOSES the deal!
• Execute financing paperwork...92% of our clients qualify.

Job Requirements

• Has a clear understanding of what it takes to earn a six figure plus income.
• Strong Relationship and Trust building skills.
• Customer focused and disciplined.
• Strong needs-based sales skills and a passion for excellence.
• Working knowledge of MS computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
