DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for helping to achieve sales revenue goals and exceeding quota
  • Achievement of sales objectives is a primary objective
  • Oversee office sales for the Company
  • Evaluate the capability and results ensuring sales goals are met at offices
  • Maintain a record of achieving a high-level of customer satisfaction
  • Promote, support and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment
  • The ability to build relationships and become a “trusted advisor”
  • Experience hiring, coaching, mentoring and developing high performing sales teams. A proven track record of building successful sales teams
  • Maintain awareness of industry competitiveness to dominate respective markets
  • Accurately forecast sales by month and by quarter
  • Develop and maintain effective sales strategies and tactical flexibility to ensure success
  • Follows sales process techniques to obtain team sales goals
  • Provide updates and reporting to senior management

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive sales experience
  • B.A./B.S. in business or a related field;  a M.B.A. or related business graduate degree would be a definite plus
  • Successful experience personally selling to customers
  • Extensive experience in leading sales groups and office sales personnel to achieve and exceed established sales goals
  • Consultative/solutions sales experience, formal training and commitment to the sales profession
  • Passion, energy and enthusiasm demonstrated throughout the career
  • Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way
  • Desired sales training and mentoring background; ability to empower and develop teams
  • Ability to execute plans and strategies
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
