Mirbeau Inn & Spa is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and cleanliness of the rooms and public areas.   Major responsibilities include ensuring guests are satisfied with hotel cleanliness, responding to guest needs, maintaining inventory and cost controls, selecting, training, maintaining and managing a motivated and skilled work force to assure the highest standards of service relating to guest satisfaction are met.

  • 3-5 years experience in housekeeping at a hotel.
  • 1-3 years experience in supervision preferred.
  • Previous experience in training, developing, motivating, and managing staff.
  • Excellent oral communication skills are required.
  • Experience in scheduling/managing employee work hours preferred.
