Job Description

Seeking the Voice of Allen Service

Compensation: Hourly pay plus performance bonuses, benefits and paid time off.

 Do you have a great attitude and love talking to people? This could be the perfect job for you.

We're looking for the Voice of Allen Service. 

This Customer Service Representative position requires a genuine, friendly phone voice, someone who's easy to talk to and likes helping people. 

You will be taking incoming calls. Booking appointments. Following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Reaching out to our valued customers to schedule regular maintenance. Training is included in the position.

Job Requirements

Outbound calling to our large existing customer base to book appointments for their regular Plumbing, Heating and A/C system checks...Inbound calling customer service support...this position can also develop into an inside sales position for the right person. The right person must love working in a busy, team oriented atmosphere...our people are awesome! 

 As a Customer Service Consultant for, you will keep records of customer interactions or transactions and record the details of inquiries, complaints, comments and any other actions taken. For customers with unresolved grievances, you will refer them to the proper designated departments for further investigation.

 As a Customer Service Consultant ,you must maintain a high level of professionalism with customers at all times. You must always be positive, courteous and well-spoken on the phone as well as compassionate and eager to find a solution to their problem or complaint. Experience in inside sales and/or telemarketing a plus!

 Additional requirements of the Customer Service Consultant include:

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service
  • Telemarketing experience / Inside Sales experience a plus!
  • Basic/general computer skills and knowledge
  • Data entry experience
