Duties:

-Handle inbound customer service inquiries and maximize sales opportunities

-Strive to achieve goals using approved scripts, strategies and technology

-Probe for additional sales opportunities (cross-sell)

-Remind previous clients of recommendations made my technicians and assess current needs

-Coordinate service appointments

-Perform clerical and administrative support to ensure clear communication

-Make all potential clients aware of our commitment to professionalism and high quality work in all of our trade areas

Requirements:

-MUST have customer service experience

-Ability to type 35 wpm with accuracy

-High School Diploma or GED

-Clear, professional, friendly speaking voice

-A desire to be exceptional in assisting customers over the telephone

-Attention to detail and organized

-Excellent Attendance and Punctuality will be REQUIRED

-Ability to follow procedures and processes

- Must be able to work either Saturdays or Sundays. 

 

This is a full time position 40.0 hours per week.  Overtime is available during our peak times.  We have an excellent benefit package, with an above average hourly rate, plus bonus!  Our top Customer Service Representatives earning  $18/hr with bonus
