Michael and Son Services is currently seeking a bright and assertive Restoration Sales Professional in the Richmond and Charlottesville area. This position is responsible for evaluating situations, recommending solutions, closing sales, coordinating with technical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

Sell services following established guidelines. Present sales/ service solutions and proposals to customers, identifying positive features and advantages of our services over those of our competition. Follow up with leads.

Coordinate with Insurance parties when required to determine scope of work and approval for advancement.

Interested candidates must be able to pass a background check, a clean Driving Record and be required to take a drug screen test.  We are looking for staff who will strive to be the best and give the best customer service.  We are looking for team players that show up every day prepared and ready to work. Sales experience required.

Job Requirements:

Restoration/ Building experience desirable but not required.

Applicants with Restoration Certs preferred.

Must have strong sales, customer service and diagnostic skills.

Maintains a “can do attitude.”

A team player who contributes and work with others accomplishing results.

Attention to detail and punctuality is critical.
