SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Primarily responsible for assisting in the installation and removal of water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water filtration systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Observes and assists in plumbing installations, which include water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water filtration systems
- Provides excellent customer service while properly addressing customer issues and ensuring effective, long-term problem resolution
- Actively engages and participates in the plumbing installation process to gain knowledge needed to further advance
- Keeps personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Maintains professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot and understand technical concepts
- Familiar & skilled in the safe use of basic hand tools
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer & technology skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must pass extensive criminal background check
- Must have an insurable driving record & valid driver license
- Able to meet Physical Demands and tolerate Work Environment ***See Below***
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience with customer service or sales
- Prior Plumbing experience
