Responsibilities and Duties

  • Must be able to multi-task with little direction, set priorities, be detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Complete assigned reports, projects, tasks and perform filing as necessary
  • Undertake vehicle review for repairs and maintenance
  • Work with Safety Manager on projects related to safety and accidents
  • Supports management with data compilation reporting and excel spreadsheets 
  • Maintains business continuity and flow of scheduled work
  • Works as a team member on projects, assignments and tasks
  • Exceptional ability to problem solve and make decisions independently and prioritize work flow 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A B.A./B.S. would be a plus
  • Strong MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Collaborative/teamwork oriented 
  • Detail oriented approach, results oriented and focused on the accomplishment of assignments is important
  • Ability to demonstrate superior teamwork, customer service, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated in focusing on tasks
  • Ability to be punctual
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
