Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits as a part of the estimating process
• Organize and format estimates for ease of comprehension by the customer
• Review estimates to ensure accuracy of information
• Participate as necessary in transfer of project to operations staff to ensure successful handover
• Review design plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists.
• Consult with clients or other individuals to discuss and resolve issues.
