We will provide paid training both classroom and field for those of you interested in learning the trade of Plumbing at our new Academy. A great deal of the training will take place at the Michael & Son Technical School in Richmond, VA where you will reside in our new housing or a local hotel.  You will be trained to perform inspections and related duties. 

Once upon successful completion of our training program which is a commitment of several months including time in our new Richmond classrooms, you will now have the opportunity to pursue a career with Michael and Son Services.   • Some trade experience
  • Sales and/or customer service experience
  • Trade Certification(s)
