You Will:

  • Provide, on-site and remote, end-user support of DMOS applications and devices at all locations. Personal transportation will be required for travel to some sites.
  • Participate in a rotating after hours and weekend on call end-user support schedule.
  • Attend weekly IT Support Dept. meetings.
  • Document and maintain DMOS inventory sheets.
  • Train end-users on usage of DMOS applications and devices as needed.
  • Update and maintain DMOS computer and network inventory.
  • Act as liaison and support for all 3rd party applications such as Intergy, PACS, Sectra, Base-Greenway, Codex.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in a related technology field or equivalent certifications.
  • 1-2 years of experience providing remote and on-site customer service with technical support to end-users.
  • Good internal/ external customer relation skills. Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with efficiency and appropriate use of resources. Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 6.X and 7.X or VMWare end-user support and session management.
  • Microsoft Windows Network Server Operating Systems management; 2008 and newer.
  • Microsoft Active Directory general theory, design, and administration.
  • Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems setup, troubleshooting, and support.
  • General network client setup, troubleshooting, and repair for the following: Laser and multi-function Printers, Scanner devices, End- user computer workstations/ laptops and Thin client devices, iMac, iPhone, and android phone setup/ support.
  • Experience with the following applications: Microsoft Office Suite 2007 through 2016,  Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and Exchange 2010 Management Console
  • Be able to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

Preferred but not required skills:

  • Cisco Switch monitoring, management, and troubleshooting.
  •  XmediusFAX Software support.
  • Cisco phone end-user setup and support.
  • Olympus Digital Voice devices.  
  • Experience in a health care setting with Greenway EHR software applications is a plus.
  • HP Thin Client Device Manager Software.

Physical requirements includes:

  • Ability to lift fifty pounds. 
  • Frequently bending, kneeling and squatting
