SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Primarily responsible for providing administrative support for Sales Director.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administratively support the Sales Director
- Prepare correspondences and organize calendar/inbox of the Sales Director
- Prepare briefs for upcoming meetings, take notes, and create action plans
- Prepare data for sales reports
- Must be able to maintain professional conduct and appearance in all work situations
- All other duties, as assigned by manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with executive administrative support and reporting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attentive listening skills, sharp memory, strong organizational skills, and proactive execution
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
