SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:  Primarily responsible for providing administrative support for Sales Director.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administratively support the Sales Director
  • Prepare correspondences and organize calendar/inbox of the Sales Director
  • Prepare briefs for upcoming meetings, take notes, and create action plans
  • Prepare data for sales reports
  • Must be able to maintain professional conduct and appearance in all work situations
  • All other duties, as assigned by manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience with executive administrative support and reporting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attentive listening skills, sharp memory, strong organizational skills, and proactive execution
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience with executive administrative support and reporting
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills, particularly in regards to spreadsheets
