Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter jobs in accounting software, use of Spectrum and Heavy Bid.
- Jobs status tracking, use of excel.
- Filing intents and affidavits.
- Enter billings.
- Assist accounts payable entering invoices.
- Enter AP and AR.
- Assist in reconciling accounts.
- Track Subcontractor compliance.
- Back up to Front Desk.
Qualifications
- Accounting/office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments and disciplines.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
