Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, install, maintain and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Find solutions for existing HVAC system problems and be able to communicate and execute solution to the customer’s satisfaction
• Develop technical expertise and consult with company staff and clients as needed
• Establish customer rapport and identify their needs by being a trusted advisor
• Provide an exceptional customer experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology preferred
• 5+ years of experience in designing HVAC systems is preferred
• Proficient use of MS Office – MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proficient use of AutoCAD/Revit, Trane Trace700 and Wrightsoft HVAC Load Calculations is preferred
• Knowledge of additional CAD software is helpful
• Experience in assessing HVAC system design problems and planning for improved system performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively listen and problem-solve
• Superior time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• High moral standards and strong work ethic
• Ability to productively work independent and as part of a team
