Cyclone Contracting is a dynamic rapidly expanding company, located in Ames IA, that has openings for licensed Journeyman or higher HVAC Residential Service Technician.

Performance based compensation: $38 per hour & $2500 sign on bonus (Relocation packages available)

Primary Job Function: To service and repair heating and cooling systems to company standard, while ensuring a positive client experience. Perform a thorough and accurate inspection including Health and Safety checklist and communicate findings to the client in a written option sheet. Train and mentor technicians with less experience or those who are hired on in the future. Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate job objectives are met effectively and completely.

Required Qualifications:

  • HVAC Journeyman licensing or higher
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to set and manage timeline goals
  • High level of pride in workmanship
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Iowa driver’s license
  • Organized
