Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone and direct calls.
• Route incoming e-mails and faxes. 
• Order plans and specifications while maintaining company bid schedule.
• Provide support for company licensing and pre-qualifications.
• Organize company meetings; monthly and general meetings as needed.
• Provide accounting support, as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments and disciplines.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
