This position reports to the Construction Manager at the Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas with frequent domestic travel (90%).

Position Summary:
This position involves installing (erecting) large steel and tension membrane structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instruction of supervisors to complete project specific scopes such as steel erection, tension membrane installation, structural cable installation, reinforced concrete foundations, high performance coatings, and mechanical systems.
- Perform the installation functions required on the project such as rigging, bolt up, welding, and equipment operation.
- Maintain good working relationships with all installation team members.
- Maintain a professional image to all clients and their representatives.
- Perform daily tasks with a keen eye for sound safety practices.
General requirements and preferred skill set:
- Must be available to travel 90% of the time to locations across the U.S.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings a plus.
- General knowledge of a construction site and safety
- General knowledge of tools and tensioning bolts
- Experience driving a Reach Rough Terrain Forklift is helpful.
- Experience in Aerial Equipment (boom lifts/scissor lifts) is helpful
- Experience in rigging is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
