The mill/production associate will work Monday-Friday daytime hours, 40-60 hours/week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Hand-adding ingredients
- Organizing pallets/warehouse
- Bagging product for delivery
- Loading bulk trucks for delivery
- Maintaining inventory
- Adhering to safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
- Previous forklift, pallet jack, & skid steer experience is preferred
- Mirrors the company's set values
- Works well independently
- Works within given deadlines
- Communicates effectively with co-workers & managers
- Is dependable & trustworthy
- Can exercise sound judgment and make decisions within company directives
- Prior experience with agricultural feed or commodity is a plus!
