Mechanical/Plumbing Project Superintendent

Job Summary

Candidate must be well rounded and have a strong background in both Mechanical and Plumbing Systems.  Candidate must be able to manage large projects ranging $10 – $20 million dollars.  Performing duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to, managing labor, sub-contractors, and project according to plans and specifications.  Candidate must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with all JJM employees, General Contractor, Owner, Owner Reps, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Trades, Inspectors, and Vendors.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mechanical and Plumbing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience running large construction projects
  • Journeyman Plumbing, Gas Fitting, and/or HVAC license minimum
  • Extensive knowledge of all codes
  • Detailed resume with references within the industry
  • Portfolio or History of previous projects
  • Must be familiar with all aspects of Mechanical and Plumbing in the ground through the roof
  • Must be computer literate and tech savvy
