Primary Purpose:

This person will be responsible for project management of large custom-built HVAC systems for high-end residential and estate type projects for premier custom home builders. Additional duties include maintaining client relationships and developing new business.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Act as the primary leader of assigned projects
  • Manage job performance to budget of assigned projects (ranging from $100,000 - $1 million)
  • Maintain project schedules and execution according to plans and drawings
  • Actively pursue additional work through change orders
  • Perform associated cost estimates, prepare proposals and negotiate final settlement price and customer acceptance
  • Manage costs and collections for assigned projects
  • Resolve issues and satisfy demanding customers
  • Develop new business opportunities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 -7 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Confidence and ability to make sound decisions
  • High moral standards and strong work ethic
  • Ability to productively work independent and as part of a team
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • College degree preferred
  • Clean background, valid driver’s license and drug-free
