Job Description

TLC Plumbing & Utility has an opening to join our award winning team as a Commercial HVAC Technician to provide customer focused service. To maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. Work with co-workers to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied and that we are able to meet our goals as a company. Encourage and coach junior technicians to grow and learn all aspects of this industry and TLC culture. We are looking for a licensed technician with more than 3 years of experience.

Job Requirements

• 40 + Hours
• 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
• 1/2 hour required lunch
• Journeyman license with 3 years HVAC experience
• Rotating On-call and emergency
• Ability and technical knowledge to service, diagnosis, and repair all manner of HVAC equipment
• Technical knowledge and ability to size, and replace HVAC equipment and train others to do the same
• Knowledge to assess multiple types of refrigerants, pressure readings, and set points
• Sizing and installation of all manner of equipment
• Strong aptitude for reading diagrams and schematics
