The Scheduler is responsible to keep the inspections scheduled and on track per their various frequencies.   Also, assist with day to day operations in the inspection/service departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have the computer skills to run orders and reports each month
  • Contact customers via phone and /or email to schedule inspections
  • Maintain positive customer relationships
  • Works closely with Admin in the Service & Inspection Dept. and with Inspectors/Techs
  • Verify when reports have come into the database and are ready for billing
  • Maintain customer and/or system information in database(s)
  • May assist the Inspection Coordinator/Billing Admin or the Inspection Manager with special projects such as distribution of marketing materials, filing, payroll/time backup, renewals

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No direct supervisory responsibilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarization with customer accounts
  • Familiarization with types of sprinkler systems and time frames for inspections
  • Good verbal communication
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Ability to be flexible and handle scheduling changes

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • High school diploma/GED with Associate’s Degree preferred
  • One to two years of experience in office admin
  • Scheduling/dispatching experience a plus
