Position Requirements:  The Warranty Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. Manages warranty contacts by customers on completed projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track completion of warranty contacts by clients
• Expedite completion of warranty items by subcontractors and vendors
• Schedules and supervises any warranty work to be completed directly by CFC
• Directly completes minor warranty work
• Maintains excellent and timely communication with clients concerning warranty work
• Keeps a current computerized log of open warranty items for each project
• Keeps supervisor informed of the progress of warranty work
• Manages hourly staff engaged in warranty work
• Schedules and coordinates material deliveries related to warranty work
• Ensures warranty work is completed safely
• Verifies that all completed work complies with contractual responsibilities, drawings and specifications

Qualifications:

• 5 years of progressive construction field experience as a tradesman or supervisor
• Applicants must reside in or have immediate plans to relocate to the Denver Metro area. Denver area experience preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
