Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for initiating, conducting and coordinating the clerical and administrative functions required for the effective operation within an office. He/She will assist other branch personnel including key managers in a variety of administrative roles.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with office reception functions
- Complete set up of jobs/projects
- Manage/Complete W.I.P reports and job billings
- Assist in compiling contracts, proposals and job packets
- Maintain various types of electronic/hard copy records
- Support and assist the collections administrator as required
- Assist in completing special reporting and licensing requirements
- Offer suggestions and solutions on improving efficiency of general office procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Accomplish responsibilities as required using business software approved by WSFP
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of administrative experience is required
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Background in basic clerical skills preferred
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of business software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to function and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Maintain a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude at all times when dealing with customers or coworkers
- Willing to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
