Job Summary:

This position is responsible for administering HACAP's Human Resources Department, ensuring that it is consistent with the agency's mission and complies with federal, state and individual program regulations. Primary responsibilities of HACAP's Human Resources department are hiring dynamic team members and keeping our team members employed.

 

Education and/or Experience:

1. Bacherlor's degree in Human Resources or related field

2. A minimum of two years of Human Resources management experience

3. Must possess technical writing skills

4. Experience in applying emerging technology in personnel administration

 

Hours and Wage:

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; $24.24/hour
