Performs installations of residential split and package systems

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and Safely work in tight working conditions and climb
ladders
Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
Criminal background check
Motivated to make $100,000+ a year

Clean drug test

Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
Job Requirements:
Complete installations within budgeted labor hours to Michael and Son Services quality
standards:
Understand and apply all codes for residential installations
Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps and
installation of all residential split and package systems
General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
Complete installation of trunk lines and laterals/branches.
Installation of Gas Lines and fittings for Natural gas and Propane.
Place and set air conditioner including installation of coil with proper pitch and airflow.
Ability to safely and responsibly install refrigerant lines.
Understand and have ability to work with Furnace Venting Tables.
Understand and have ability to perform a furnace propane conversion
Set and Charge Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems by the sub-cooling method.
Mount and Program all commonly used thermostats
Able to train and supervise others
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
