To be the successful candidate, you must have a strong HR generalist background to help manage human resource policies, programs and services for our company. You will be an important part of our leadership team, and must be able to provide outstanding support to our managers and team members.  You will also have an integral part in developing and fine-tuning our culture as we continue to grow in both sales and staff.

Responsibilities will include talent acquisition, on-boarding and development of staff, managing compensation and benefits, providing support for performance management, communicating policies and procedures, promoting internal communications, maintaining HR related records and documents, and assuring compliance with state and federal employment regulations.

To be considered, we require:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or human resource management
  • 5-7 years of HR management/generalist experience dealing with all aspects of HR management
  • Experience reporting to or highly visible to executive levels
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, including phone and electronic communications
  • Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving, research and report writing skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Confident, professional, positive
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must be effective at both strategic thinking and tactical execution
