Job Summary:

Are you skilled at operating machinery? If so, we have an immediate opportunity for you.  We are searching for Machine Operator Assistants. Candidates will perform general labor tasks in association with producing springs of all types and sizes.  Starting pay is $15-$16 an hour based on experience, with potential pay increases once hired, based on performance. These positions are contract-to-hire, and we are hiring for multiple shifts. 

Qualifications:

  • Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to understand the use of measuring with calipers. 
  • Experience with Machine Operating
  • Employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use visual abilities, specifically close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Employee must regularly push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. and occasionally push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.  While performing this job the employee must repetitively move arms, wrists and/or fingers.
  • Employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
