Now hiring a dedicated and passionate leader to be Front Office Lead for the SF Area Humane Society!

Be a part of all front office duties such as: customer service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, answer phones, review adoption applications, complete adoptions, complete surrenders, complete lost/found reports, maintain compliances for spay/neuter, clean and organize front office and desk area, complete receipts for donations and retail purchases. Assist manager with customer complaints, front office emails, counting money, preparing and submitting deposits, PFE’s, Purina Points, interviews, inventory, retail/supplies, and coordinating daily cleaning schedules.

Review foster applications, purge & document adoption applications, send & document adoptions surveys, assist other departments as necessary and use “drama triangle tool” to assist employee relations, assist with scheduling staff for front office as needed, and media interviews.

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday schedule, Hours 10:00am-6:00pm & 10:00am-7:00pm shifts. This position will include weekends and some holidays. Must be 18 years or older.
