As our QC Manager, you will be responsible for the direct oversight of the QC team, have the final approval on inspections and testing procedures, Interpret project specifications, prepare and review NCR’s, ensure that all quality records are up to date and accurate, as well as performing any inspections or duties necessary in employees absences.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Structural Steel Manufacturing Experience
• Certified Welding Inspector (AWS D1.1 qualification)
• Knowledge of AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) standards and code
• Familiarity with the Canadian Welding Bureau
• Experience or Certification in Non-Destructive testing, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic Particle testing and Visual testing
• Committed to providing feedback, developing others, embracing and leading change and making decisions under ambiguity
• Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly, while building trust and teaching others
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Weld Engineering
• Willingness to relocate to Great Falls, MT
