Job Description:
We are looking for an Exceptionally Talented Individual to convert customer calls into booked appointments, place outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance appointments, and place outbound calls to existing customers to follows up on bids and proposals. You must have great communication skills and the ability to create positive customer relationships, encouraging repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
