Administrative Assistant 

We are looking for someone who can help implement new software, and new ideas.  The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for answering a multi-office phone system and assisting customers in our service and inspections department. He/she will also work closely with other branch personnel including key managers in a variety of administrative roles.  This position has plenty of room to grow for the right candidate. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office reception functions including greeting customers, vendors, and associates
  • Learn and help improve new record keeping and accounting software systems
  • Provide general administrative support for managers and staff
  • Maintain various types of records 
  • Complete special projects as required 
  • Work in cooperation with our field personnel to provide exception service to our existing customers
  • Work directly with our sales staff to provide exceptional service to our new customers 
  • Accomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFP
  • Assist in job set up, customer calls, invoicing and follow up calls for our Service and Inspection Department
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED; and/or or one to two years related experience and/or training is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of business software application
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and .PDF documents
  • Previous experience with ASTEA and Insight a plus
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Puts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude at all times when receiving office visitors, answering the phones, or dealing with other associates 
  • Looks forward to challenges 
  • Detail oriented and efficient 
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Willing to pass a post-offer drug screen test and background check
