The Ideal Candidate will have:  

  • BA Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years Litigation Paralegal experience
  • Experience in Personal Injury, Workers Comp, Insurance Claims, Medical Summaries, 
  • Strong legal terminology knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent and Professional communication skills
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Functions of the Role:

  • Provide legal and administrative support and assistance to the legal team, business units and General Counsel.
  • Support legal functions including corporate governance, corporate secretary functions, compensation and benefits, human resources and operations and finance. 
  • Assist business with preparing and reviewing forms and routine contracts.  
  • Ensure compliance while helping the organization optimize opportunities, minimize risk and maintain good communication and documentation practices. 
  • Accurately perform and manage clerical and administrative functions, including:  expense reports, scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing and document production. 
  • Prepare responses to subpoenas
  • Review all QDRO's and administer through the benefits department. 
  • Provide corporate development, contract litigation support and assistance with due diligence, investigations and organizations projects. 
  • Serve as back-up to others on the team

Salary Range:  $70,000-$80,00

Health Insurance:  100% Single coverage paid for by company

Employer Paid Parking, 401(k), PTO
