Contribute to the direction of company’s overall Health and Safety Program. This includes implementing Health and Safety programs and/or company specific programs unique to the business.
Communicate with and involves executive management with respect to safety goals, objectives and key performance indicators.

Regular communication with and safety support for Safety Director

Assist Safety Director with programs and/or technology that will further enhance the company’s safety performance.

Regularly engage with field team members to assist and monitor loss prevention efforts. Provide regular and effective coaching.

Develop field leadership through coaching, feedback, and continued training activities to assist in building the skills necessary to execute loss prevention activities.

Be a champion of our company wide “Stop Work Responsibility”.

Maintain regulatory compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Create and deliver training opportunities to all levels of the team.

Perform frequent job site evaluations, determine employee exposure(s) and institute acceptable work practices.

Assist with maintaining and enforcing company’s substance abuse and fleet program and polices. Including but not limited to drug testing, motor vehicle record checks and background checks.

Assist with the maintenance of 3rd party pre-qualification sites such as IsNetworld.

Assist in management of OSHA 300 and 300A forms and reporting

Assist in overall management of DOT compliance.

Participate in client, project and incident review meetings.

Act as the Administrator to NCCER; Veriforce; ANR; Arkiv; Prov; PTC; OSHA; PEC; FMCSA/DOT; and PHMSA, NAICS
