• Work with clients to develop affirmative action plans according to HR Works’ standards and in compliance with federal regulations
• Serve as the project lead to assign responsibility for project components and to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
• Conduct analyses on client data in Excel and AAP-specific software programs
• Identify, research, and resolve data irregularities
• Prepare and interpret statistical reports
• Advise clients on the implementation of an AAP
• Educate clients on application of EOE/AA regulations
• Create forms, articles, and other tools to assist clients with compliance
• Prepare reports and advise clients going through OFCCP audits
• Recommend outreach and retention strategies to enhance diversity
• Remain current on affirmative action and equal opportunity employment compliance regulations

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources and/or recruiting
• Previous experience implementing affirmative action plans; AAP development experience preferred
• Knowledge of EOE/AA regulations
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel
• HRIS experience desired
• Proven experience managing multiple deadline-driven priorities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous training and consulting experience desired
