Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for compiling and reporting all department reports and key performance indicators
  • Qualifying all inbound sales requests
  • Sending the best closing salesperson to the highest priority leads
  • Coordinating salesperson schedules to maximize new sales opportunities
  • Coordinating and qualifying all technician generated leads
  • Handling all financing paperwork,
  • Processing and coordinating jobs including:
  • Ordering equipment and materials
  • Job scheduling
  • Approving salesmen job folders
  • Job costing
  • Sending out customer thank you cards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Years of Experience Required: 1 Year
  • Minimum Years of Education Required: High School/GED
  • Willing to travel when necessary
  • Must be authorized to Work in the US
