Fire Alarm Sales and Service Administrator
Energetic, self starter who is looking for a long term employment relationship. Likes working with others and being part of a team. Has a good work ethic and strives for top performance. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills with a professional attitude and appearance. Provide customer service, meet sales goals for providing fire safety systems and service. Manage office processes for workflow.
Job Responsibilities
- Pro-actively identify, pursue and sell all life safety services opportunities with existing and new customers
- Procure, dispatch and bill service orders
- Assist customers as needed
- Provide technical support as needed
- Track jobs to completion, assuring that all valid extras are quoted and closed
- Work with Administrative Assistant in aiding with the collection of invoices, making sure they are current
Job Qualifications
- Must understand the latest applicable technology
- Sales experience in construction industry preferred
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA Standards
- Ability to grow market share and meet goals
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and clean record
