Job Description:

The Real Estate/Land Use Attorney is responsible for handling all commercial real estate related legal issues, including conveyancing, financing, easements, environmental and zoning.  The Attorney will draft transfer documents and forms and attend zoning hearings with outside counsel.  This position will report to the top legal executive/general counsel and COO.

Position allows for training and advancement within Building and Land Technology.

 

Required:

•    Must be graduate of an accredited law school.

•    Minimum of four years related experience.
