What you'll be doing...
As a dental associate, you'll have the opportunity to control your career and optimize your work-life balance. In this role you will:
- Provide patients' with thorough exams and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Build patient connections by asking the right questions to uncover individual needs.
- Perform cosmetic and restorative dentistry by using your passion for cutting-edge technology, and exceptional clinical skills to deliver long-lasting solutions to our patients.
We're hiring immediately for this position. Join today and earn from $166,000 to $424,000 a year, which is comprised of 30% of your collections, a guaranteed daily rate, and opportunities to earn individual incentives. New graduates are welcome, we can provide mentorship in practice ownership, implants, endodontics, orthodontics, digital dentistry, and more. Full-time benefits start on day one.

What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
- DDS or DMD
- License to practice dentistry in the state of Missouri
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Willingness to travel to our Jefferson City and/or Fulton locations.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with CEREC same-day crowns.
- Experience with root canals.
