Job Description

As an HVAC technician in the TLC Service department you will be responsible for providing customer focused leadership and direction on a daily basis to ensure a safe work environment, high quality work and high rate of production. 

Salary $35,000-$85,000 (*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. All applicants must have a clean driving record.)

 

 Job Requirements 

  • Install, clean, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Install electrical components and wiring
  • Inspect and test HVAC systems and components
  • Discuss system malfunctions with customers
  • Repair or replace worn or defective parts
  • Mandated safety training upon hire
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and Safety requirements for all aspects of the Service trade
  • Prepare cost estimates for repair or replacement of HVAC systems or components

 

Licensing Opportunities & Recommendations

  • 4000 hours/2 years of on-the-job training to test for Journeyman Refrigeration and/or Journeyman Gas Fitter license.
