Interested candidates should have:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred), minimum 10 years of geotechnical, structural or geostructural design experience, be a Licensed Professional Engineer.

Excellent communication skills, work well with a team, and show a commitment to continuing your professional growth including participation in industry organizations and committees.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, sitting, lifting, reaching high and low, stooping, and bending, able to carry up to 20 pounds
• Able to travel per the company travel policy
• Able to concentrate at a high degree in a busy and noisy construction environment
• Able to work in all types of weather

Mental Requirements:

• Rational decision making ability
• Attention to detail
• Makes final decisions and assumes accountability for them
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibility as needed
