Job Role 

This role requires professional appearance and language, as well as a high level of customer service. Responsible for putting together and presenting estimates and ensuring production goals are met. Maturity in being able to discuss financial matters, and appropriately process and handle transactions, as well as be able to assist patients with financial options. Other responsibilities would include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, communication between all areas of the office, and more.

Qualifications

Dental experience is preferred but not a requirement. Relevant experience in collecting and discussing financial matters, as well as a professional and mature demeanor required.
