IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, seeking Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager in Tigard, OR.
Job Summary
- Oversees all aspects of electrical commercial projects from commencement to completion
- Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements
- Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
- Represents company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations, strategy meetings
- Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clients
- Travel as required
Qualifications
- Electrical Construction Management Degree and/or Electrical/wireman apprenticeship graduate or licensed Journeyman/Project-General Foreman with field experience
- 5 or more years’ experience as commercial electrical construction project manager with estimating and supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
