ADF is an AISC certified company that fabricates and assists in the fabrication of beams, columns, trusses etc...for Industrial and Commercial complexes to include: Mercedes Benz Stadium (Atlanta Falcons), Salt Lake City Airport's new terminal, One World trade center and currently assisting in the fabrication of the new Las Vegas Raiders stadium.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering or other relevant education
• Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Experience in a managerial level position, client interphase and contract closure
• 5- 10 years of strong estimating experience in the structural steel industry with verifiable contract negotiation and strong sales skills

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Provide direction and oversight to all estimating department staff
• Scope determination and understanding of RFQ requirements
• Ensure comprehension of drawings and specifications; material take-offs
• Understanding of material pricing and man-hours analysis
• Perform conceptual estimates at times when detailed design information is not yet available
• Manage team members to develop overall estimate on larger projects
• Present comprehensive bid package to client
• Complete final contract negotiations
