This job is for you! Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is looking for a HVAC In Home Advisor! The Comfort Advisor position is based out of our DC office and services the entire Washington DC Metropolitan area. This role is perfect for an HVAC technician, passionate about providing customers with heating and cooling services.
If you HVAC experience, we will train you on In-Home Presentations!
Job Responsibilities:
- We provide the leads-You service the customers!
- Utilize sales tools effectively to plan, document progress and increase business opportunities
- Strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity
- Recommending/Selling high value air conditioning, heating and energy conservation products
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to the sale and delivery of high quality solutions to residential customers
- Demonstrate professional interpersonal relationship skills
- Solid management experience, customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to meet or exceed established financial goals
- Demonstrated strong customer service problem solving skills and decision-making
- Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks
- Maintains a "Can Do" attitude
- A team player who contributes and works with others accomplishing results
- At least 5 years of HVAC Service (preferred)
Required License or Certification:
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
Compensation:
- Ranges between $80K and $200K salary, depending on experience
