Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support Operations Team by communicating with service providers to manage the work order life cycle process
  • Assist with the administrative tasks found within the work order life cycle as needed, to include, but not limited to: scanning, data collection, uploading and saving documentation
  • Track and report progress on assigned work order life cycle stages
  • Maintain relationships with service providers delivering on customer needs
  • Answer phones with a friendly greeting; route calls to appropriate representative
  • Provide support to Operations Team as needed
  • Tracking and budgeting for customers as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Telephone customer service aptitude
  • Strong oral and written English communications skills
  • Prioritization and management of multiple tasks
  • Dependable, accurate, and detail oriented
  • Be a self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience with WebApps and Astea ideal, but not required
