We are currently seeking Hi Rail Operators to join our Railroad Division.

Asplundh Railroad Division currently has nationwide openings for Hi Rail Operators to work for our Railroad Division based out of the Ironton, OH facility.  Operators will spray invasive vegetation from a Hi Rail Vehicle and be responsible for daily activity reports, chemical mixing, inventory, customer service and overall performance of job duties as instructed while ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently. A Candidate must have a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with tanker endorsement and a good motor vehicle driving record (MVR). Experience driving a dual axle straight truck a plus. Must be willing to travel throughout various states in the Eastern USA, with expenses and overtime compensation (minimum of 3-4 weeks at a time). Must have the ability to work independently, with some mechanical ability preferred. Must be able to pass Herbicide Applicator License testing for multiple States in first year of employment.  Prep classes and study material are provided by employer.  Potential employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and criminal background check through E-rail Safe.
