Typical responsibilities include fielding incoming service calls and customer inquiries, scheduling and coordinating service, directing and dispatching technicians, research and resolution of customer issues in a tactful and professional manner. The Coordinator assists the Regional Manager in leading the service team and is the “hub” that coordinates the technician and parts resources to meet the customer’s needs.
