The Company: Goodco Mechanical is a family-run company that has been in operation since 2008. Looking to expand, Goodco purchased Bovard Heating and Cooling in Altoona, PA in 2017. In years to come, they are hoping to expand into other surrounding communities.

The Position: We’re looking for an Residential Sales position. The pay range we’re offering is $35,000 - $45,000 plus commission based on experience. 

  • We offer two weeks’ vacation and five sick days a year.
  • We also offer health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • There is a 401k policy with a company match.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in the HVAC/plumbing industry is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

  • Quote replacement installs for residential customers
  • Quote new installs for residential customers
